PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of polymerized toner which prevents the formation of deposits in a polymerization apparatus, gives a high productivity and produces a toner having stable product performances when a polymerization process is carried out. SOLUTION: In the production method of polymerized toner, a gas phase part in the polymerization apparatus is cooled by the water 8 which is ejected as fog during the polymerization process.
