PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal driving device and a liquid crystal display system in which high display quality and a low power consumption are realized with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In this liquid crystal driving device and the liquid crystal display system, a boosted voltage is formed by a charge pump circuit which receives pulses which are formed in a frequency adjustment type oscillation circuit and a control voltage to be supplied to the frequency adjustment type oscillation circuit so as to stabilize the boosted voltage by comparing a detection voltage corresponding to the boosted voltage with a reference voltage in a voltage comparing circuit is formed and display voltages are formed by the stabilized boosted voltage in a display voltage generating circuit and a display voltage corresponding to display data is selected to be outputted to a liquid crystal panel by a liquid crystal driver.
