PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent temperature variance in control temperature when a thin fixing roller is used. SOLUTION: The temperature variance such as overshoot or undershoot is prevented by using different control for the difference of fixing load in respective stages at standby time, at pre-rotation time, at paper passing time and at post-rotation time.
