PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly image a solid for detecting a track in the detection of the solid trace for automatically judging the radiation dose by a microscope. SOLUTION: A specific measuring region 11 can be rapidly imaged by a line sensor 4 and a traveling means 2 in the horizontal direction of the solid 1 for detecting a track. The traveling means 2 horizontally moves the solid 1 for detecting the track in X/Y directions by a linear motor according to computer control. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
