PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make location of the diametric direction of a magnetic sensor free from restricting to a narrow range, because a recessed part for installation of a pulsar ring is decided to be on the outward direction of the slinger diameter, by arranging a seal lip of an elastic seal body in a sealing device so as to be able to contact the circumference face and the side face of a fit part of the slinger. SOLUTION: The recessed part 35 for installing the pulsar ring 34 can be selected freely if it is in a suitable location between a radial lip 26a, 26b and an axial lip 28, by arranging the radial lip 26a, 26b and the axial lip 28 of a sealing device 18 separately at interval towards diameter direction. Thereby, the location of the magnetic sensor 37 can be selected freely according to the location of the pulsar ring 34, and design flexibility can be enhanced when the magnetic sensor 37 is installed while enhancing the design flexibility when the pulsar ring 34 is installed.
