PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in an execution site and reduce execution costs by contriving unitization in the range not being subjected to influence of weight as a lining method in the case that a section to be protected has a sloped face of non sandy road or the like. SOLUTION: A reinforcements-unit 6 constituted of longitudinal and latitudinal reinforcements 8, 9 assembled in a latticed shape and foundation bolts 11 is used as a unit and the required number of reinforcements-units 6 are assembled in a planar shape in a protection section of the river structure. After the reinforcements-unit 6 has been fixed to anchor rods, lining members 16, 16' are arranged and fixed while leaving apertures for placing concrete on the reinforcements-unit 6 and concrete is placed from the aperture, and after that, the apertures are covered with the lining members 16.
