PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous emulsion type adhesive having characteristics of excellent water resistance and maintenance of the excellent adhesive power even after the adhesive layer formed on a substrate is soaked in water or left in high humidity for a long time. SOLUTION: The aqueous emulsion type adhesive is obtained by emulsifying and dispersing resin particles in an aqueous medium. The resin particles have core-shell structures and≤0.3μm average particle diameter. The resin (A) constituting the core has≥15°C Tg and the resin (B) constituting the shell has≤-30°C Tg.
