<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance drying performance of a washing place floor area and make it hard to slip in the washing place floor area. <P>SOLUTION: The washing place floor area 14 comprises a plurality of grooves 16 and many sections 17 which are divided by the grooves 16. A protruding part 20, which protrudes upward from a base part 18, is provided in each of the sections 17. The protruding part 20 is provided in such a linear shape that a top part 21, which is provided in a state of leaning to an area except a center of the section 17, is elongated in the direction of prescribed one side of the section 17.
