PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection information storage device and an inspection table creating device which can easily measure data and reduce the workload without taking time to correct a measurement miss. SOLUTION: The inspection information storage device 1 which stores information for creating an inspection table showing inspection data in a plurality of data display fields identified with addresses is equipped with an inspection information input means 4 for vocally inputting inspection information including address information and inspection data corresponding to the address information, a voice/character converting means 22 which converts vocal inspection information inputted from the inspection information input means 4 into inspection information in character code, an inspection table correspondence means 29 which makes the inspection data correspond to the addresses in the inspection table by making address information correspond to the addresses as to the inspection information in character code, and a storage means 20 which stores the addresses in the inspection table and the inspection data made to correspond to the addresses.
