PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in an existing hot-water supply device where since hot water in an heat exchanger is always heated and retained in high temperature, even if warm water from a solar system exceeds set temperature set with a remote controller, the hot water having a lower temperature than a retaining temperature (for example 80°C) is heated to 80°C, and mixed with water, thus, the hot water in the solar system is not effectively used. SOLUTION: This hot-water supply device is equipped with: a combustion means for heating hot water supplied from an other hot-water supply device supplied into the heat exchanger so that temperature detected with a hear exchanger temperature detecting means becomes the set heat exchanger target temperature; a hot-water mixing means for mixing hot water inside the heat exchanger heated with a combustion means with water sent from a water supply source and supplying hot water of set temperature set with the remote controller; and a hot water supply pipe supplying hot water mixed in the hot-water mixing means from a faucet.
