PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy functional expansion according to needs in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner and a multi-chamber air conditioner. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner provided with an outdoor coil, an outdoor fan, a compressor, an electrical equipment box, etc., the electrical equipment box is made so that its one side can be opened/closed by a terminal panel, and a space for installing optional equipment is provided inside this terminal panel. The terminal panel comprises a plurality of terminal blocks and a cable- way panel formed by covering with a resin a conductive frame whose connection wiring between these terminal blocks is patterned.
