The arm and wrist rest (1) for use with a computer is attached by a hinge (4) to a clip (3) which fits on to the work surface (2) of a computer desk. It is stored under the surface and pivots to a position of use where it is supported by a spring or piston and cylinder unit (6, 7). An Independent claim is included for a work station fitted with the rest.
