SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING START AND STOP OF ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling start and stop of engine capable of surely dissolving start of the engine under a condition that a lock means is engaged with a movable member.

SOLUTION: A lock condition detecting switch 32 for detecting whether a steering lock mechanism is in a lock condition or a lock cancellation condition is installed to the steering lock mechanism. A first end 32a of the lock condition detecting switch 32 is connected with a battery, and a second end 32b is connected with a first end 19a of a start and stop switch 19. A second end 19b of the start and stop switch 19 is connected with a power source control part 15. Therefore, pressurization operating signals of a level H are inputted to the power source control part 15, when each of the switches 19, 32 is in a closed condition.
