The invention relates to the method for extraction of ?-amylase from grain being extracted in the presence of cellulase, enzymatic agent having at least the activity of cellulase, hemicellulase, and ?-glucanase in the aqueous medium to obtain extract containing ?-amylase with subsequent isolation of the mentioned ?-amylase from the mentioned medium. Also the invention relates to the use of cellulase, enzymatic agent having at least the activity of cellulase, hemicellulase, and ?-glucanase , in extraction of ?-amylase of grain.
