PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel switch-over device for an engine to simplify, quicken and facilitate the work of a kerosene engine. SOLUTION: A fuel change-over valve 13 is situated directly at the lower part of the nozzle of a carburetor, a float chamber 5 where a liquid level from a gasoline tank is regulated is filled with gasoline, and float chamber is communicated with a gasoline inflow hole 17 of a partition wall 6 situated on the outside of the fuel change-over valve 13. On starting, gasoline is fed as fuel to the carburetor 1 and starting is practicable. When the engine is started, the fuel is automatically switched to kerosene by a manual change-over device 2 or an actuator 12, and an electromagnetic valve 22. The liquid level of the kerosene is adjusted, kerosene fed from an independent kerosene float chamber 7 is fed to the change-over valve and the change-over valve 13 is communicated with a kerosene inflow hole 21 by the fuel change-over valve.
