PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure and achieve low cost by integrally forming a spring with a plate. SOLUTION: This gear plate type actuator is provided with plates 15, 17 and 19, an electric motor 27 to operate the plate 17 to be rotated through gears 153 and 107, a cam mechanism 21 to convert rotation of the plate 17 into moving operation force to the plate 19, and an energization means 25 to transmit the moving operation force to an operated device.
