PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dwelling unit structure enabling an inhabitant to go in and out of a dwelling unit while remaining on a wheelchair or a moving bed without inconvenience of change or the like. SOLUTION: In each dwelling unit 10 constituting a multiple dwelling house, a vestibule 14 and a multipurpose space 15 separate from the vestibule 14, are provided on the side facing a common corridor 13, and the multipurpose space 15 is constituted as a multipurpose room 15a, for instance, communicating in a freely going-in/out state with the common corridor 13 and an internal corridor in the dwelling unit 10.
