PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit house jointing structure capable of securing watertightness and airtightness of the unit house without applying and charging a sealing compound. SOLUTION: The unit house 2 is joined to an opening 3 of a main house 1. A metal frame body 21 is attached to the opening 3, a weather strip 41 is provided for an end part outer surface, and weather strips 54, 55 are provided for an end face of the unit house 2. When the unit house 2 is attached to the main house 1, the weather strip 41 forms an outer seal part 42 by being brought into pressure contact with an outer frame 24 of the opposing frame body 21. The weather strip 54 forms an inner seal part 57 by being brought into pressure contact with an inner frame 23. The main house 1 and the unit house 2 are sealed by the double seal parts without need for applying and charging the sealing compound. The weather strip 41 has the spacing between and the size of fins 47 becoming larger gradually from the outside, thus preventing invasion of rain from the outer seal part 42 into an indoor side.
