PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat enabling folding of a seat back as well as walk-in by a series of operations. SOLUTION: This seat is provided with an intermediate lock mechanism 500 in which locking of a reclining mechanism 300 is released and which inhibits tilting of the seat back 401 after the seat back 401 passes a condition in which it can be seated until it is abutted on a seat cushion 201 and inhibits tilting of the seat back 401 while the seat back 401 is abutted on the seat cushion 201 and a slide lock control mechanism 600 in which locking of a seat slide mechanism 100 is released after the seat back 401 passes a condition in which it can be seated until tilting is inhibited by the intermediate lock mechanism 500 when the seat back 401 tilts forward and which locks the seat slide mechanism 100 until locking of the intermediate lock mechanism 500 is released and the intermediate lock mechanism 500 is abutted on the seat cushion 201.
