PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the installation height of a blowing device and a heater device for performing heating and attaining hot air and to reduce the height of a top cover housing them. SOLUTION: The blowing device 38 and the heater device 39 provided so as to supply the hot air to a water tub 26 provided inside a case body 21 having the top cover 23 at the upper part are housed and arranged inside the top cover 23.
