<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester container which has an excellent heat resistance, which can be retort-sterilized at a high temperature after a food, a drink or the like is filled and sealed and which does not bring about a deformation of a body of the container and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester container has the high heat resistance in which a temperature T when a shrinkage factor of the body becomes 0.66% is 120°C or higher. However, the T is a temperature when a test piece having a gauge length of 20 mm from the body is cut out, raised from 30°C at 3°C/min and TMA-measured, resultantly set to a shrinkage factor = shrinkage quantity/ gauge length×100(%) and the shrinkage factor becomes 0.66%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
