<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing aid and a nursing apparatus in which a person to be nursed does not feel uncomfortable by smoothly dealing with the rising motion of a backrest when the backrest is raised to raise the person to be nursed. <P>SOLUTION: The nursing aid is interposed between the person to be nursed and the backrest of a nursing bed which freely rises and falls by a rising/falling means. The nursing aid is composed of a person-to-be-nursed said board 1 and a nursing bed side board 2.
