PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic feeder for a slide block equipped with an automatic feed unit for the slide block which is used in a core drill device or the like, integrally provided with an operation panel always easy to see and made lightweight and small-sized. SOLUTION: The automatic feeder for the slide block 13 is constituted so that the automatic feed unit 20 for rise and fall is attached to the slide block 13 raised and lowered along the support 12 of a base 11 by a rack and pinion mechanism. The automatic feed unit 20 has a main body 31 attached to the slide block 13 in a rotatable manner, a motor 32 for operating the rack and pinion mechanism built in the main body 31, the operation panel for the motor provided to the main body 31, and a plunger 25 for setting the rotary position of the main body 31 with respect to the slide block 13.
