PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten transfer distance of a positioning pin in establishing a vehicle type original position corresponding to a vehicle type of a positioning pin which can fit to and touch on a positioning part as much as possible in type change of a vehicle frame. SOLUTION: A step for establishing a vehicle type of a vehicle body frame of which vehicle type original position need to be newly established, a step for resetting the vehicle type original position before vehicle type change, a step for operating a cylinder to move a specific positioning pin 153 toward Y axis coordinate position of the vehicle type original position under a condition of fixing a specific movable support stand 151 at X axis and Z axis coordinate position of the vehicle type original position corresponding to the new vehicle type and detecting a moving end along Y axis direction of the specific positioning pin 153 with both position sensor 161, 162, and a step establishing the X axis, Y axis and Z axis coordinates of the position sensor which detects the moving end of the specific positioning pin 153 of both position sensors 161, 162 as the vehicle type original position corresponding to the new vehicle type are executed in order.
