PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoulder belts for a backpack which prevent a user from feeling a backpack heavy and which feels good by making the back of the backpack closely contact with the back of the user without deviation from the shoulders due to the weight of the backpack in the middle of using the backpack so as to prevent the centroid of the backpack moving away from the back of the user. SOLUTION: Cores 2 made of elastic synthetic resin plates are inserted and held from fitting parts to the back 1a of the backpack 1 to parts along the shoulder of the user when the user has the backpack 1 on the back.
