PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize power supply voltage to be supplied to a microprocessor.

SOLUTION: A determination part 22 determines the state of the microprocessor 10. A setting part 24 sets, according to the state of the microprocessor determined by the determination part 22, power supply voltage Vdd to be supplied to the microprocessor 10. A power supply circuit 26 supplies the power supply voltage Vdd set by the setting part 24 to the microprocessor 10 through a power supply line 12. The determination part 22 determines a state of the microprocessor 10 at each predetermined timing, and the setting part 24 resets the power supply voltage Vdd for every determination by the determination part 22.
