PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending-operation device for an endoscope which can restrict the running location of a bending-operation wire in an operating unit in a manner to be away from the internal wall surface of an operating unit case by a specified distance. SOLUTION: A protrusion 30 which partially protrudes inward from the internal wall surface of the operating unit case 12 made of a plastic is integrally molded on the operating unit case 12 in such a manner that the bending- operation wire 21 which advances/retracts in the operating unit 1 may be brought into slide-contact with, and the bending-operation wire 21 comes into slide-contact with the protrusion 30. Thus, a gap is ensured between the internal wall surface of the operating unit case 12 and the bending-operation wire 21 at sections other than the protrusion 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
