PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant vibration-damping sheet with excellent flame retardance and vibration-damping properties. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant vibration-damping sheet is characterized by laminating and integrating a fabric material layer comprising a modacryl fiber on one face of a vibration damping resin layer comprising a styrene- isoprene block copolymer, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an inorganic powder, and it is excellent in vibration-damping properties and flame retardance, and can be suitably used as a member for which both vibration-damping properties and flame retardance are required, for example, in the neighborhood of a driving machine of an automobile or the like.
