PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch device for making a hole in a work to be processed capable of generating a hole in fine workmanship and performing a continuous punching operation smoothly. SOLUTION: The punch device is equipped with a punch 20 furnished with a ring blade 23 at one end of a cylinder 22 where the tip of the ring blade 23 is partially recessed to form a recessed blade 24, a rotating mechanism to rotate the punch 20, and a pressing mechanism to press it to any work to be processed, and also with a buffer mechanism to energize the punch 20 in the pressing direction. The side face of the cylinder 22 to form the punch 20 is furnished with a window 27 having a communication to the cylinder end for discharging the chips A generated at punching, and the cylinder is equipped internally with a guide part 31a to the discharge window.
