LASER BEAM MACHINING DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining device with improved machining quality and machining efficiency by irradiation of suitable laser beam corresponding to machining conditions.

SOLUTION: This laser beam machining device is equipped with a plurality of fiber laser oscillators 12, a laser oscillation controller 18 on/off controlling the oscillation of the fiber laser oscillators 12, and a condensing optical system 25 for condensing laser beam R emitted from each fiber laser oscillator 18 on a machining part. A plurality of laser beams R are condensed at a position having different distance of condensing point in the optical axial direction from the condensing optical system 25 to a condensing point.
