PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide snowboard boots to which the heel is fixed strongly and the foot is easily fixed, and from which the foot is easily released. SOLUTION: The snowboard boot provided with an outer boot 2 and an inner boot 3 to be inserted to the inside of this outer boot is provided with a tightening belt 4 which is laid over the instep part B of the inner boot 3. One end of this tightening belt 4 is fixed to one-side end part of the inner surface of the heel part A of the outer boot 2 as a fixed end. The other end of this tightening belt 4 is hooked on a hook 5 provided at the other-side end part of the inner surface of the heel part A of the outer boot 2 as a free end. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
