PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for stacking seedling containers so designed as to surely hold the containers when taking seedlings out of seedling beds to house them in the seedling containers and stack up the seedling containers on a pallet while the spaces among the holding parts of the seedling container are irregular. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for stacking seedling containers, a holding-up apparatus 40 is provided with right and left hungers 42, 43 lifting and holding a seedling container C put in parallel with other containers on both right and left sides, and right and left levers 48, 49 moving the right and left hungers 42, 43 outward from the inner side of the seedling container C. The left lever 48 moves in a direction where only the left hunger opens so as to hold the left-side seedling container C. The right lever 49 moves in a direction where only the right hunger 43 opens so as to hold the right-side seedling container C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
