<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a participant of a lecture to refer to a correspondence course with no deterioration, a high picture quality and a high sound quality in real time and it an on-demand style, and to enable an arbitrary participant of the lecture to refer to arbitrary video materials with no deterioration, a high picture quality and a high sound quality in real time and in the on-demand style or to make the other participant of the lecture refer to the materials. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 100 digitally records the video and audio of the participants of the lecture received from a plurality of lecture terminals 200 as a correspondence course and transmits it to a lecture terminal from which the reproduction of the correspondence course is requested. Besides, when the registration of the video materials is instructed from a lecture terminal to the lecture server device, the video materials are digitally recorded, the reproduction of the video materials is requested, and the video materials are transmitted to the lecture terminal that instructs the registration or to all the lecture terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
