PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annoying information managing method and an annoying information managing device for deterring nuisances committed by a sender. SOLUTION: According to this annoying information managing method, information transmitted from a sender's terminal registered by a user's terminal and the communication history of the sender's terminal are managed in order to solve the above problem. This method has an annoying information managing procedure for managing annoying information stored with the communication history in association with the transmitted information, a nuisance determining procedure for determining whether nuisances are committed or not by the sender based on the annoying information defined by the managing procedure, and a notifying procedure for notifying the sender's terminal of a message based on the annoying information on the basis of determination result according to the determining procedure.
