PURPOSE: A folding-type protection-floating device and an amphibious armored vehicle are provided to perform safe water operations by applying additional buoyancy, supply rapidity by mechanizing folding and unfolding processes, and apply sealing function and protection power at the same time by systematically combining a film structure having the sealing function and a plate structure having the protection power. CONSTITUTION: A folding-type protection-floating device is composed of an inner side plate(3) attached to the outside of a water vehicle by a hinge(12) and a fixing device; an upper plate(4), an outer side plate(5), and a lower plate(6) folded and housed in the inner side plate and mutually connected by the hinge; a rubber film structure located at the side of the protection floating device to form a closed space by forming front and rear sides of the protection floating device when the upper plate, the outer side plate, and the lower plate are unfolded from the inner side plate; and front and rear plates protecting the rubber film structure. In addition, a wall closet-shaped connecting room(14) is arranged at the side of a vehicle body and an expansion connecting tool(13) protruded from the inner side plate is attached, wherein a closed space identical with the inside of the protection floating device is formed, a driving device is mounted and air and hydraulic feeding lines are connected.
