PURPOSE: To realize electric contact between two members by agglutinating conductive studs to a part of through holes in an insulating material, wherein the studs protrude from the insulating material. CONSTITUTION: Electronic members 12 and 14 have a plurality of input pads 16 and output pads 18, respectively, which will contact each other or contact with another member. A plurality of conductive metal studs 20 of a flexible interconnecting material 10 perform the function of contacting the pads 16 and 18 with desired connecting points, and also play a roll of connecting bodies to realize excellent electric contacts by cooperating physically with the members 12 and 14. Thus a plurality of through holes are formed in the flexible insulating material 10, the conductive metal studs 20, which protrude from one of the planes of the members, are agglutinated in the through holes, and a part of the studs 20 are contacted with the members using the connecting bodies 16 and 18 on the flexible insulating material 10. By taking this configuration, interconnect between the electronic members which are stacked one on the other are realized. |
