SURFACING METHOD FOR PREVENTING DETERIORATION OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A surfacing method for preventing the deterioration of a concrete structure is provided to improve the affinity and durability of a coating film, to intercept the cause of deterioration such as neutralization, chlorination, freezing and melting, acid rain, gas, acid, etc. and to have excellent adhesive properties and chemical resistance for a long term. CONSTITUTION: The surfacing method for preventing the deterioration of a concrete structure comprises the steps of: polishing with sand paper to remove impurities on the concrete surface; washing with high-pressure water to remove the concrete dust using a high-pressure washer; coating with ceramic surface treatment materials manufactured by mixing ceramic powder and addictive with functional resins; puttying up the hollowed part with putty materials manufactured by adding talc and quartz sand to the same components as the surface treatment materials; decreasing the quantity of the ceramic power added to the surface treatment materials to 28¯50 weight percent, then coating; and placing top coatings manufactured by mixing the ceramic power whose quantity is decreased to 28¯50 weight percent with acryl urethane resins.
