PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a response collecting system capable of preventing unau thorized response by a respondent and the contents of response, and tracing the respondent, while securing anonymity of the respondent.

SOLUTION: A response apparatus generates processed first data X, before signature by using a fictitious name N and random numbers r, and transmits the data to the server 1. The server 1 applies a signature to the data X with a blind signature to generate first data XSiwith signature. The response apparatus extracts a password Ai for response from the data XSiand logs in the server by using the password Ai to make a response. Upon collecting the response, the server 1 issue an acknowledgement Bi to certify that the respondent has made a response.
