ACCESS CONTROL METHOD, SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT DEVICE FOR DATA SERVER, COMPUTER PROGRAM AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional access to a data server that a voice channel is advantageous for a person impaired in hand or people weak in operation of an interface for accessing the Internet such as personal computer, but is not usable during the driving of an automobile, not mention to a visually impaired person, since the retrieval result of a database is obtained as non-voice information or image/character information although the instruction from a user is performed by voice; and the answer obtained in a general voice channel is only voice information.

SOLUTION: A main server 10 for processing an external access to the data server in a prescribed procedure accepts and executes the access by a voice channel or a non-voice channel from a portable terminal device 2 to the data server, and returns the resulting answer in a voice answering procedure for answering by voice and/or a non-voice answering procedure for answering by screen display.
