MEASUREMENT OF LASER MAGNETIC IMMUNITY

PURPOSE:To measure a sample without separating a non-reacting marker by adding fluorescence dye in advance to a nonmagnetic particle for capturing a target sample. CONSTITUTION:Fluorescence dye 2 is added to a nonmagnetic particle 1 for capturing a target sample 4 while the target sample 4 is magnetically marked 5 so that the target sample 4 is subject to double marking. Then, the target sample 4 is locally concentrated by using magnetic force, and fluorescence dye is excited by radiating laser on it. This enables measurement of the target sample 4f without separating a non-reacting marker.
