PURPOSE: A banner supporting member is provided to display various size of banners freely as well as effectively to absorb a strong wind pressure, thereby stably keeping the banner with the expanded state. CONSTITUTION: A banner supporting member(100) includes at least two heavy weights(110), at least one lower supporting rod(140) fixed between the two heavy weights(110), at least two vertical bars(150) provided with an elastic deformable member, an upper supporting rod(180), a lower banner supporting rod(200') and an upper banner supporting rod(200). The upper supporting rod(180) is installed on the top of the vertical bars(150) and the lower banner supporting rod(200') is installed by inserting the elastic member into the heavy weights(110). And, the upper banner supporting rod(200) is installed on the vertical bars(150) or the upper supporting rods(180).
