PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation management device which complies with users demands and is suitable to combined facilities.

SOLUTION: In combined facilities having a plurality of facilities, a reservation management device 20 receives a reservation for facilities from a mobile terminal 30 that a user of the combined facilities carries and is equipped with a reception part 200 which receives facility specification information specifying one or more facilities that the user desires to reserve for from the mobile terminal 30, a time determination part 204 which determines the time when a reservation for one or more facilities can be accepted according to reservation states and/or congestion states of one or more facilities included in the facility specification information and the facility specification information, and a transmission part 208 which transmits the time that the time determination part 204 determines to the mobile terminal 30.
