<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform order management by both order acceptance unit management and performed service unit management. <P>SOLUTION: An order management device is provided with an order identifier generation means for generating an order identifier corresponding to order acceptance information inputted at accepting an order and a management means for updating the order identifier each time a service using an image is performed, and for making the order acceptance information succeed the same order acceptance information. In the service using the same input image, the order identifier is updated, and the order acceptance information is made to succeed the same order acceptance information.
