PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum brake wherein excessive adjustment of a shoe gap is prevented by a temperature sensitive member with a week expanding force, and cost is reduced by minimizing the temperature sensitive member. SOLUTION: One end part of the retraction regulating device 61 automatically displacing the return position of a pair of brake shoes 20, 30 in the expanding direction is engaged with both ends of the brake lever 50 of the direction intersecting this retraction regulating device 61. The base part 50a of the brake lever 50 is rotatably pivoted with one side of the brake shoe 20 and the free end part 50b side of the brake lever 50 is supported by the brake shoe 20 via the temperature sensitive member 70.
