PURPOSE: Provided is an internal return flow rate control unit for effectively operating wastewater treatment apparatus by optimum control. CONSTITUTION: In a wastewater treatment apparatus including a dissolved oxygen reduction tank(20), an aerobic tank(40), an anoxic tank(30), an anaerobic tank(10), and internal return units, the unit comprises an anoxic tank outflow internal return device(100) installed in the aerobic tank(40) and including an internal return pump(110) and an inverter(120) for returning treated water of the aerobic tank(40) to the dissolved oxygen reduction tank(20), an anaerobic tank outflow internal return device(200) installed in the anoxic tank(30) and including an internal return pump(210) and an inverter(220) for returning the treated water of the anoxic tank(30) to the anaerobic tank(10), and an internal return flow rate adjusting device(300) including a metering device for detecting internal return flow rates and a process control device(310) for controlling internal return flow rates.
