<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster countermeasures information management system capable of quickly and widely ensuring materials and talents for rescue when any disaster happens. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a communication part 11 for receiving information from a terminal 1 of a user, and for transmitting the information to the user terminal 1, a monitor data storage part 12 for storing the monitor data of a disaster, a storage part 13 for storing various databases for countermeasures to a disaster, and a processing part 14 for operating predetermined processing according to the information from the user. In this case, the storage part is made to store a database in which the storage place of materials for rescue and talents are registered.
