PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone set for flexibly corresponding to user's behavior. SOLUTION: This portable telephone set (20) belongs to the user and receives a request for speech communication which has been called by a caller using a telephone set (30). The portable telephone set (20) is provided with a case memory (9) and a control part (3). Case information (46) is registered in the case memory (9) when the user uses the portable telephone set (20). The case information (46) represents user behavior. As the user behavior, 'private' and 'at work' are exemplified. The control part (3) refers to the case memory (9) and limits the reception of a speech communication request.
