The cladding panel for structures has an essentially rectangular basic shape, in which grooves (5) are provided in two end sides (11, 12) located at right angles to each other and tongues (4) are provided in the other end sides (13, 14), grooves and tongues corresponding precisely to one another when the cladding panels are assembled. This is achieved in that the cladding panel is in the form of three rectangular panels (1, 2, 3) which are stacked one upon the other and the outer panels (1, 3) of which are displaced in two dimensions to a different extent with respect to the central panel (2). The panels (1, 2, 3) form, however, a cohesive unit having a casing which accommodates a rigid-foam core in the interior. <IMAGE>
