PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic actuator capable of exerting a constant drive force at all times and reduceable in size. SOLUTION: The electrostatic actuator 10 comprises a stator 20 and a needle 80 that is reciprocably guided by the stator 20 and has electrodes formed on its pair of opposed surfaces. The stator 20 comprises: a stator frame 40 made of a resin material; an electrode board 50 attached to the stator frame 40; an electrode fixing pin 60 for fixing the electrode board 50 to the stator frame 40; and a power supply pin 70.
