PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor enabling a user to perfectly obtain information for a matter of interest to the user without voluntarily setting a retrieval condition such as push service and sharing the information with other users by obtaining a key word of the matter of interest to the user from his/her own homepage to retrieve homepages of other users, and providing a hit one to the user. SOLUTION: This information processor has a reporting means for transmitting information by e-mail to the user, a key word extracting means for extracting the key word from each homepage of owners, and a retrieval engine for extracting and retrieving a text from the homepage.
